Ambassador Sun Zhenyu, Permanent Representative of Chinese Mission to the
WTO, delivered his keynote speech titled *"Rebalancing the TRIPS Agreement
and Strengthening Enforcement for Development"*  at the Second South Centre
International Symposium on Examining IP Enforcement from a Development
Perspective on 16th September 2008 in Geneva.
