THE ROLE

THE IDEAL PROFILE











*  Developing and implementing activities designed

   to promote human rights-consistent trade policy.



*  Very good knowledge of trade and related policies, as well as of human
rights law and policy.


*  Giving strategic direction to the organization.

*  Excellent networks and contacts in the development, trade policy and
human rights communities.






*  Fundraising to implement the work programme.

*  Enthusiastic and successful fundraiser.






*  Providing leadership within the organization, and the broader trade,
development and  human rights community.

*  Enjoys designing, developing and implementing new initiatives.








*  Managing staff, budgets and projects and overseeing all administrative
aspects of the work.



*  An experienced manager with leadership qualities and ability to work
co-operatively as part of a team.
