Missed the South Innovation Perspectives Seminar organised by the IAKP,
South Centre on 12 March at Palais, Geneva? The seminar was 6th in the
series generating good debate and perspectives. The theme of this seminar
was "Reflections on formulating Chinese IP Policies".
The speaker was Dr. ZANG Qin, Deputy Commissioner, State Intellectual
Property Office, China. Prof. Dominique Foray, EPFL, Lausanne, and Mr.
Kiyoshi Adachi, Legal Officer, IP Team, UNCTAD, facilitated as
commentators.
