[A2k] International Property Rights Index

Hi there,

the Intellectual Property Rights Alliance is invited by a German
Foundation which is connected to the Free Democratic Party (Pro Business
Party of Germany). The event will take place on March 12 in Berlin.

Kelsey Zahourek, Executive Director, Property Rights Alliance, will talk
on how important IPR protection is and how development and IPR
protection are connected - using the "International Property Rights
Index" as evidence.

There will be several people with an A2K-background there and it would
be great to get more information on that Index and the Alliance in advance.
