Dear all,

just a final reminder that TODAY (Tuesday 2 December 2008) at 6pm, CIEL
will be holding a panel and discussion on technology transfer "*Climate
Change and Technology Transfer: Principles and Procedures for Technology
Transfer Mechanisms under the UNFCCC"*.

The meeting will be held in Room "White Tailed Eagle"  in Hall 14b at
the Poznan International Fair.

Speakers will include Dalindyebo Shabalala (Centre for International
Environmental Law), Chee Yoke Ling (Third World Network) and Steve
Sawyer, (Global Wind Energy Council) as a Commentator.

This will be an opportunity to have a detailed back and forth discussion
on mechanisms and principles for technology transfer that encompasses
national elements as well as multilateral. We look forward to seeing you
there!! Snacks will be provided!
