James and all,

  Under the circumstances, good for YouTube/Google.  But
I have to wonder why it was on YouTube in the first place
at all?  However I can't see any reason why any media
organization, which YouTube isn't, would for any reason
be so sanctioned accordingly for such a newsworthy story,
however distadteful it may be or seem.
