[A2k] WIPO SCCR postponed till 2008

Although the 16th session of the WIPO Standing Committee on Copyright
and Related Rights (SCCR) was initially scheduled for mid-November
2007,  it appears that it will be postponed to 2008 to ensure
sufficient preparation time.
