[A2k] Dates for WIPO SCCR set

The dates for the 16th session of the WIPO Standing Committee on
Copyright and Related Rights (SCCR) have been confirmed.  The 16th
session of the WIPO SCCR will take place at WIPO headquarters in Geneva
from November 19-November 21, 2007.
