Hi all,
I'm writing with more details for the National Conference to be held
on Saturday, May 26, in Austin Hall at Harvard University, Cambridge,
MA ( http://map.harvard.edu/level3.cfm?
mapname=camb_allston&tile=F7&quadrant=A&series=N).
Registration is still open and free of charge. Please email us
(freeculture@hcs.harvard.edu ) or reply to the Facebook Event (http://
harvard.facebook.com/event.php?eid=2265844153) to register. Housing
is also still available, but please email ASAP to secure it.
The schedule is below. We will provide lunch and a snack, but dinners
will be split by attendees. We still may have some additional
speakers, but the format is fairly solidified.
The "Chapter/Project/Group Reports" will be informal, 5 minute
"lightning-style" talks. We ask that each chapter in attendance make
one of these talks. The Project/Group portion is for anyone that is
working on an FC-related project or with an FC-related group and
would like to give a 5 minute intro. Please think about these, as
we'll have a sign up sheet for them at the beginning of the event.
Also please think about which workshops you'd like to attend, as
we'll split up into those groups at the event as well.
Here's the full schedule:
