For those interested in the neutrality debate see the attached
article on the first official policymaker debate on the issue. While
the reporter is known to oppose the debate in the US , it is worth
noting  OFCOM ( the UK FCC) view which highlights the difference in
regulatory approaches between the US and the UK ( and EU ) but also
accepted that there could be an issue if Myspace was blocked or voice
over the Internet, but at this stage believes there is no need for
regulatory intervention
