Thanks for this Achal, excellent resource.
I would have added one further question, whether contract overrides copyright
- eg. disallowing reverse engineering &/or fair use exceptions...

by Tobias Schonwetter of the University of Cape Town and I, which may be of

The document was designed for policymakers as a concise intro to copyright,
a2k and learning - through a set of about 50 short questions. COL is in the
process of sending this out to Commonwealth member states, and if you would
