The Chair of the 3rd WIPO PCDA, Ambassador Trevor Clarke (Barbados) is
currently meeting with regional coordinators to frame the work
outstanding.  After doing technical assistance and capacity building
(Cluster A) and norm-setting, flexibilites, public policy and the
public domain (Cluster B) We have four more clusters to plow through 19
more proposals.
