LACA: the Libraries and Archives Copyright Alliance convened by CILIP:
the Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals

statement to the international debate on orphan works. It advocates a range
of approaches to provide a mixed economy solution for dealing with orphan
works and to afford safe harbour status to not-for-profit institutions
operating for the public good.
