Thanks to the tremendous efforts of the NGO Coalition - including
Thiru Balasubramaniam of CP Tech, Teresa Hackett of eIFL, Jason
Pielemeier of the Yale Information Society Project, Rufus Pollack of
the Open Knowledge Foundation and Gwen Hinze of EFF, the notes of
last week's meeting on the WIPO Broadcasting/ Webcasting Treaty (SCCR
14) are now posted. I'd especially like to thank Jason, who managed
to remain consistently fast and accurate throughout five long days of
note-taking and Rufus, who shouldered a lot of the weight on day 4.

Due to the size of the documents, we've had to post them as separate
text files for each day. Here's the full set of links. I'll send
separate emails to the A2K list with each day's notes.
