[A2k] EU blows up deal?

Tilman Lueder just announced that the EU wants the right to bring
Simulcasting in the treaty on "traditional" broadcasting....   and
the US popped up and said, "huh"?   Is the Internet in or out of the
"traditional broadcasting" tract?

Fast one by the EU..... ?
