[A2k] Australian Inquiry into technological protection measures (TPM) exceptions

Some observations: the report recommends interoperability exceptions, that
non-commercial manufacture to facilitate the exercise of exceptions be
permitted "as far as possible under the US-Australia FTA" (which may be not at
all), and the exclusion of region coding devices from the definition of TPMs.
