    The reference to the global license in connection with the Accord
might be too much at this point.    I don't think we are quite there
yet...   I don't think there is an agreement on any particular
solution to the music issues at this point.... although the
discussions have been very constructive, and seem to be pointing in
the direction of solutions that might include models of remuneration.
