[A2k] Paris Accord meeting

I am traveling, and will report more later, but a few quick points.

1.  The meeting went very well, IMO.  The presentations were
excellent, and there was a very strong sense that we can do something
important with the Accord.

2.  The basic format is to work on the Accord more, with the idea of
finishing a relative short statement  of higher level principles by
the end of the summer, followed by efforts to conclude longer
technical annexes on the substantive areas, by a later date (January,
June?) .

At the event and on the listserve people have made a number of
important suggestions and comments, and the process should continue
online.  We have have an opportunity to talk about the Accord at some
further events, including for example a panel at the September
Wizards of OS in Berlin.
