I hope that you are now well.

I can produce a French translation speedily when the English text is
available, is it is not too lengthy (which I believe is a good idea anyway)=
.

Maintaining translations (in both directions) for comments and redraft
suggestions will be slightly more difficult. That's one more reason for
keeping the text short:
- a few strong principles (but no vague or artificially consensual
statements),
- a few examples of how they apply differently to various media,
- some concrete leveraging steps, measures, policies, and,
- issues that remain open and need further discussion.

No need in my opinion to be exhaustive in examples, media, steps and issues=
.
