Ludovic:

I completely agree with the objective of your comments - rather than
repeat the arguments which I made in response to Herve and libraries,
I'd simply ask you to think if that statement is valid in the context
of your point.

Libraries and persons with disabilities are two elements of the list
I was making reference to in that posting earlier today.

Also: You reference RMI as potentially limiting access where actually
it is TPMs that do this. Probably this is just a typo, but I thought
I'd mention it just in case it wasn't....

This does bring up an interesting point though: is it worthwhile to
make a point with respect to RMI that such I data should be rendered
in a 'disabled-friendly' way so that the informational content is
equally accessible to all people who might access it?
