[A2k] Paris TACD Meeting: Draft 'understanding' on RMI and TPMs

We will try to pull together something like a draft text by early
next week, maybe tuesday or so.... We are still hoping to get some
more contributions from people in some of the other areas
(biomedicine, scholarly research, software, films). We should
also think about what such an accord should look like..... a shorter
text with higher level principles, or something longer and more
detailed and pragmatic content?
