[A2k] EU to consult on net neutrality, DRMs, Interoperbility etc

In a recent speech by Commissioner Reding ( Head of DG Info Soc)
She gave a preview of the issues to be covered in the soon to be published
consultation 'Communication on Content Online' . These will include sports
rights, DRMs and interoperability,cross border licences and 'awareness
raising on the importance of IPR's. It will also raise questions about new
business models and methods of payements. The Con Doc should be on site
next week and will run till mid October.
