[A2k] Japan: YouTube 'should check copyright'

Vint and all,

True enough Vint. None the less this does not preclude you from
being proactive as a matter of good business practice as well
as good PR for google and it's stockholders. Stockholders
whom I have been in contact with seem very concerned that
a lack of adequate good management is being exercised on
the part of Google/YouTube and may result in future legal
actions by copyright holders which would have a downwards
impact on stockholders value. Such also can give some
users a hint of warning indicating to them that perhaps some
of what Google/YouTube provides is not entirely accurate
or honest.

Hence your pat response does not engender confidence, and
indicates and/or reflects/projects poor management practice.
