"Subsequent to the fourteenth session of the Standing Committee on
Copyright and Related Rights (SCCR) the Secretariat has received from
the Chair of that session,

Mr. Jukka Liedes, Special Government Advisor, Ministry of Education,
Helsinki, the statements which the intergovernmental and
non-governmental organizations for technical reasons could not make
during the session. The statements are reproduced as an Annex to this
document."
