[A2k] xCasting Treaty and Sports

AFAIK, there is a lot of legislation and regulation on sports broadcasting
in Europe, mostly under the Listed Events concepts. This is access as a
human right, understanding sport as a personal interest and a matter of
public interest too.
Maybe someone from Europe may be able to correct any mistake I've made or
point us in the right direction.
