Tom G., I think you are missed the point a bit. A2K is not some
opposite of intellectual property protection. It is not as if
people have to choose between A2K and IP. A2K is important, and one
would hope that governments, firms, individuals and communities
implement IP systems with A2K in mind, and also, that they do a lot
of other things, which have nothing to do with IP, in ways that
promote A2K.
