Manon: This is not the list of accreddited organizations.
It was a some mistake. For example, EFF already has permanent observer
status and CPSR-Per=FA is *not* the President of CPSR nor Ruchicka ask for
accreditaion on behalf of CPSR-Per=FA.

We already talk with Mr. Kwakwa and rectify the error.
