Clarification:
The countries that compose the Friends of development are known
publicly. Because there is a single name to refer to them now, like G20
or G8, they do not need to repeat the 14 names each time. In other words
the Groups of Friends of development are the 14 countries that
co-sponsored thecoriginal development agenda proposal at the Assemblies
last year, that is,v, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Cuba, the Dominican
Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, Iran, Kenya, Peru, Sierra Leone, South Africa,
Tanzania and Venezuela.
