I have read with interest your list of countries targeted by the US
government over pharmaceuticals.  You seem to have omitted Canada, in the
midst of a panel (WT/DS170) over length of patent term for pre-1989 patents
in Canada.  Though not specifically addressing pharmaceuticals, I'm sure
you'll read between the lines.

    There are probably several other countries not listed,
which we will try to add as we go along.
