PMA lawsuit in South Africa

As best as I can determine:

a).   PAM members have not withdrawn the lawsuit, but only 
      suspended the case, possibly avoiding an unfavorable 
      decision from the high court in SA.

b).   The SA government denies they have made any deals with
      PMA over compulsory licensing or parallel importing,
      and PMA doesn't really claim that they did.
