Pharm has issued a released a release that says "the more than 40
research-based pharmaceutical companies" have "suspended their lawsuit"
in the wake of an "acknowledgement by South Africa Minister of Health
Dr. Tshabalala-Mslmang that the South African Medicines Act and a
related regulatory bill needed to be redrafted."

   I don't know what all of this means.
