The WTO has been kind enough to give us a room at the WTO meetings in
Seattle, for an NGO discussion of TRIPS.  Our room will be the Madison
Room in the 4th floor of the Madison Hotel.   The date will be December
1, 1999.  The time will be 10am to noon.
