Survey of Patent royalty rates


The following URL is for Rose Ann Dabek, "Valuation of a Technology," and
reports royalty rates of patent licenses for many different industries,
including pharmacueticals.   Apparently more than half of the "in
licensing" rates are less than 5 percent, and more than 85 percent are
less than 10 percent rates.  The "out licensing" rates a somewhat
different, but 88 percent are less than 10 percent. Rose Ann Dabek is from
Procter and Gamble.  Jamie
