Suggestions for Barshefsky meeting

  I am working on a letter to Barshefsky, outlining our concerns and 
  suggestions regarding USTR's positions on health related Intellectual 
  Property matters.  With luck I'll post a draft today on this to the list 
  later today.  Of course, suggestions or proposed talking points are welcome.
