Health Registration Data Exclusivity

  CPT's testimony at last week's Senate hearings, to extend for 5 years
  Waxman Hatch exclusivity for health registration data is on the Web at:

     I only had tuesday morning the do this, so the testimony is very
  brief.  The hearing went quite well, I thought, but apparently, Senator
  Bennett (R-Utah) will be pushing this.
