Does it necessarily follow that legalisation means openly supplying
to kids?    I shouldn't think so.

The problem, though, is that the ones who would be stressed out and
neglect their kids if all drugs were legal are not  in good shape
today either.  Plus  they have a financial problem today, on top of
everything else.

The Drug Warriors [tm] love the 'post hoc ergo propter hoc' shell
game, but it's nonsense all the same.    Roosters crow when the sun
comes up, but they don't cause it.
