Sure - and sell them at Toys 'R' Us.  After all, all those kids can make
educated decisions at age 5, can't they?

Boy - do you have a Polyannish outlook of society and the family unit. 
I'm sure all those single-parent children have the best of upbringing -
between the two shifts their parent has to work to make ends meet.  And,
of course, the utopian world you protray would NEVER have a stressed out
parent who does drugs and, thereby, neglects their children, now would
it?
