We'll certainly never see an end unless we band together and compel
it!!  Power is never surrendered willingly.  :-(   

The question, in my mind, is:  how bad must it get before we do band
together.  Will we choose to wait until our only recourse is the
bullet rather than the ballot?   Jings, i hope not!
