Re: Proposed rules: "The Medical Privacy Scam"
To Dawn Richardson and listserv people;
In MN we are also soliciting comments from the community on these proposed
rules. Dawn has raised some interesting points in her email, but to be
proactive, I would suggest Dawn be specific about language changes to the
proposed rules that would tighten the privacy protections for individuals. To
help everyone, I'd recommend that Dawn post them to this listserv as well, so we
and everyone else on the list could review them to see if her ideas could be
incorporated into our own comments back to DHHS.
