Word is --  a provision delaying HHS privacy regs til Sept 31, 20001 was
added to the Labor HHS Appropriations bill.... (this may not be the exact
date)
The bill is in conference but may get attached to DC approps tomorrow and
go to the House floor, if not, its likely to go later this week.
