I may have misled this list's members with the wrong choice of words. The
"public forum" on my ISP is NOT "really" public. ONLY those who are users of
this ISP may post to the forum. It is "public" only in that it is open to
ANY users/members of this ISP to post to it or access it. But it IS a good
size ISP covering a large area. All subscribers to this ISP are referred to
as "members".
