I have learned on this list that anything to do with how current  laws and
statutes, how they do not work, and the consequences to the individual seems
to raise ridicule.  Not sure if this is because some participants believe
the laws and practices that exist are fair as they are and attend this list
to see what all the commotion is about -- or if the mean spirit simply finds
a home with those affiliated with healthcare.
