I hate to ask this question since everyone on the list seems to know the
answer, but what in the hey-ull is this thread by Whistle or weethistle
or whatever about anyway?  I just keep getting these rambling,
nonsequitur messages about Gawdknows what, except it has something to do
with a fight he is having with an insurance company. 

Could someone please enlighten me, or if this is just some personal
problem of Whistle's, will you please take it offline?  I thought this
was a list about medical privacy issues at a professional level, not
this weird stuff.
