White Paper on Information Sharing Between Health Care Providers and
Regulators Sol. 99-BHPR-A248085(DB) POC  Dan Bayne at 301-443-9911, The
Health Resources and Services Admin. intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE
basis with the Citizen Advocacy Center, 1424 16th  Street, NW, Suite 105,
Washington, D.C. 20036.  

This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified
Acquisition Procedures of Part 13 of the Fed.  Acquis. Regs.  The purpose of
this P.O. is to prepare a White Paper as a preliminary step to launching an
initiative to improve health care quality by achieving better information
sharing and other forms of cooperation between health care providers and
regulators.  A Justification for Other then Full and Open Competition is on
file.  This announcement is for information only.  No solicitation is
available.
