The Senate and House today are deciding on the administrative
simplifcation sections of the Health Care bill. They are trying to put
in language that provides complete pre-emption of state privacy laws.
Quite different than the house language. This may be decided today.
Please contact staff from the conference members. Of particular
  importance are staff from:

  Lott, Roth, Kassebaum, Moynihan
