  in efforts to meet the shared health information needs of their 
  communities.  
  
  The CHMIS Resource Center offers  an extensive online reference 
  Clearinghouse for: 
  
  Business planning
  Technical and educational information
  Financial modeling for communities in the process of  
  planning or operating networks for sharing comprehensive health 
  information.  
  
  The CHMIS information clearinghouse offers downloadable documents on a 
  variety of subjects such as 
  business planning and projects, confidentiality and privacy,   analysis 
  and data issues, systems design and architecture, and legislation.
