LIST GUIDELINES AND POSTING TIPS:
--When posting, send all emails in plain text format. (HTML formatted emails will appear jumbled.)
-- Do not send attachments, the list-serve software will reject attachments. Instead, please include web links, when possible.
--Event announcements will be posted once.
--Appropriate posts to the list include: jobs, events (e.g., film screenings, book clubs, etc.), housing posts and opportunities (e.g., article submissions, volunteer opportunities, etc.) with an environmental focus. Please send only one announcement for each event.
--In order for this list-serve to remain a useful tool of communication, we would appreciate if members would NOT submit the following types of announcements: political messages, campaign announcements and newsletters.
--Do not subscribe any of DC EcoWomen’s to any other list-serves.
--Subscribers can view all previous listserv posts in the archive section. List subscribers have access to these messages (see below).
-- This is a moderated list and we retain the right to deny any posts we deem inappropriate.

Although we think guys are wonderful, our program is called DC EcoWomen, because it is meant for women only! We have to ask that men respect our wishes and not subscribe to our listserve.
