Problems in DC today (Monday)

  Well there was some sort of problem (interoffice trunkage??) today when 
  trying to make normal analog (from a real pots line!) from Silver 
  Spring MD. (301-622) to Tysons Cor. (703-255 & 703-242) for about 1 hour 
  around 1 PM est. Dialed up one of my PBX'es in Fairfax (703-385) and had 
  no problem hopping thru. 
  
  Think it was real problem or maybe a ploy by BA?? I sure would not put it 
  past them!!
