  Ms. Phillips has been at the Republican Convention but I today
  reached a Mr. David Story in Huntsville (205 977 5001). He
  confirmed that BS is studying/planning/whatever_you_call_it a
  change to metered ISDN rates in all their states. He described
  himself as a media relations person for BSC.
  
  I'm not sure where Megalink aka PRI comes into this. Ms. Phillips'
  mention above was the first I saw it [vice BRI] mentioned. I
  would not ever categorize PRI as 'private-line' as it is a
