  There were some errors in transmission.  Now that I have the written 
  decision, it appears that $12.92 is in addition to the normal. "dial 
  tone line" charge of $9.40 plus $3.50 federal SLC plus $1.60 if 
  unlimited usage is desired.  The ALJ appeared to assume (wrongly, I 
  think) that ISDN required touch-tone, which costs 60 cents extra in 
  Delaware.  Absent touchtone, the grand total for unlimited usage is 
  $27.42.
  The Commission will consider the decision on Feb. 28, the same day as 
  the Utah hearing.
